Along with your manufacturers warranties, you also have a one-year-in-house service warranty to ensure the overall prefomance of your new bicycle.

Our Duke's Cycle warranty includes MINOR external adjustments for:

• Brakes
• Shifters
• Wheel truing
• Tightening of components

Exclusions:

• Damage resulting from accident, misuse, abuse, neglect, improper repair, alterations, modifications, or from anything other than normal and ordinary use.
• Wear and tear on replaceable parts (i.e. worn brake pads, flat tires, cables and cable housing, etc.)
• Costs to install worn or replacement parts are not covered

This warranty applies only to the original owner of a new bicycle purchased at Duke's Cycle. and is not transferable.

New bicycles must be fully assembled and adjusted by Duke's Cycle Ltd. mechanics

Our basic tune-up includes the following:

• Full adjustments on brakes, gears, hub & headset
• Labour on the installation of any parts associated with these adjustments (ie: cables, housing, brake pads, etc.)
• Lubrication of derailleur pivots, cable & chain
• Check tightness of all bolts, and tire pressure
• Minor wheel tuning
• Surface wipe-down of bicycle
• Could incur additional labour for the installation of required parts

THE DELUXE TUNE-UP: $99.99

All of the above including any additional labour on the installation of parts associated with the following:

• Full adjustments on brakes, gears, hub & headset
• Labour on the installation of any parts associated with these adjustments (ie: cables, housing, brake pads, etc.)

Getting a new bike at Duke's Cycle is only the first step. We also want to be sure that the bike you choose is also the right size and geometry for you intended purpose.

Bike Fit and the understanding of a rider's body positioning on the bicycle a balance of science, art and experience. It is a process designed to maximize comfort and perfomance on the bike.

Our guiding principal is one of fitting the bike to the body. And because cycling is a sport of repetition (ie: pedaling), proper position on the bike takes on paramount importance when one considers that with an average cadence of 90 rpm, a rider will experience 5,000 pedal revolutions per hour. A six hour ride results in a taggering 30,000 pedal revolutions.

When approaching Bike Fit, we take into consideration many variables. Including, but not limited to:

• Customer Experience
• Customer Fitness
• Riding Style and frequency
• Type of Bike(Road, MTB, TT, etc.)
• Current injuries or biomechanical issues
• Current fit issues or problems

The Bike Fit itself will also address and explore all contact points between the rider and the bike. Including, but not limited to:

• Cleat position
• Saddle height
• Seat setback
• Reach
• Saddle to bar drop
• Handle bar width and position

BIKE FITS SERVICES

1. Complimentary with Purchase

Our full bike fit service is complimentary with any purchase of a perfomance road or mountain bike.

No matter what level of bike you purchase, we will ensure that it is the right size for you and your riding needs and style. Even with the purchase of a humble hybrid or city commuter, we will take the time to adjust your saddle and riding position.

2. Walk-in or aftermarket Bike Fits(by appointment only)

Just because you didn't purchase a bike from Duke's Cycle does not mean you can't take advantage of our Bike Fit Services. We offer this service to any and all cyclists who want to add perfomance and comfort to their ride or are haveing issues with the fit of their current bike.

Cost for a full bike fit is $100.00
